Alfie’s Squad was founded by 15-year-old Alfie Fitzsimmons, inspired by the loss of his father to suicide in 2017. Through peer support and fun engaging activities, Alfie’s Squad hopes to help young people build confidence and friendships. Alfie’s Squad also welcomes parents and carers to connect with one another.
