Make a referral

If you would like to refer a child or young person (aged 6-17) into Alfie’s Squad, please fill out the referral form below and a member of our team will contact you within two working days.

We have a squad based in Liverpool and Bolton, and a national online group to choose from. We are also launching a new squad in Sheffield from 17th September and referrals for that hub are now open below.

Each one providing peer support and a range of fun and engaging activities for young members going through similar experiences.

• Each Thursday in person group
  6pm-8pm in the Baltic Area of Liverpool
• Each Monday in person group
  6pm-8pm in central Bolton
• Each Thursday in person group
  6pm – 8pm in Sheffield city centre
• Every other Tuesday online group
